Advised not to discard the cooking water Mangosteen skin and should keep the rest of the cooking water in the refrigerator, to be used again on another occasion. Even some herbalists recommend using the cooking water as an instrument for therapeutic treatment of several diseases.
     Include the results of the mangosteen skin scrapings or skin boiled water (if using the second step) into the blender, add one glass of boiled water, and palm sugar. You can also mix honey and some fruit of your liking such as Avocado, Mango, Soursop and others to reduce the Sepat and bitter taste.
     Mangosteen rind juice had been ready to drink. The rest you can save it into a container that has a lid, such as bottles, tupperware and keep it in the fridge (refrigerator).

Rules:
     As known, mangosteen rind not have good taste, as well as juice. Therefore, you are welcome to do their own improvisations either mixing it with other fruits, mix balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and other juices to make it taste better and do not make eneg.
     You are not advised to take the mangosteen rind juice in a state that is still empty stomach (taken after meals).
     Are noteworthy also that the surface of the skin mangosteen juice will darken when exposed to air (hence recommended to be stored in enclosed spaces).
     In early usage, it is very likely your stomach will feel queasy and uncomfortable. However, ignore it because it is not dangerous.
